Registration to access the Portal is for the financial institution or third party that is responsible for the transmission of files for the Multistate Financial Institution Data Match program, known as the Transmitter. Enter the FEIN of the Transmitter. Only one financial institution that the transmitter transmits file for must be added through the online enrollment. Additional financial institutions may be added after enrollment is complete by contacting the Child Support Portal Help Desk at 1-800-258-2736.
If you need to make updates or no longer participate in the Multistate Financial Institution Data Match, contact the Child Support Portal Help Desk at 1-800-258-2736.
