Welcome Multistate Employer Registry Users

The Multistate Employer Registry (MSER) moved to the Employer Information Updates application on the Child Support Portal.

• If you are an existing MSER user and you are not registered to use the Employer Information Updates application on the Child Support Portal, you must register as a "New User" and create a new user profile to log into the system to make updates to your organization's information.
• If you are an existing MSER user and you are registered to use the Employer Information Updates application on the Child Support Portal, you can make changes to your organization's information in the Employer Information Updates application.
• If you are not an existing MSER user or registered to use the Child Support Portal and you need to create an MSER reporting profile for the first time, you must submit information using the organization profile PDF available on the "New User" registration screen.
• If you are an existing Child Support Portal user and you need to create an MSER reporting profile for the first time, you must provide your organization's information in the Employer Information Updates application.
