The person requesting a modification review will have to pay a $100 non-refundable review application fee when the review is complete unless they are currently receiving TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) and/or Medicaid benefits or they prove that their non-TANF gross income before taxes is $1000 or less per month. The Respondent pays court costs, which vary by county, as well as service costs.(OCGA 19-11-132). Either party may be assessed the genetic testing fee OCGA 19-7-43(f).
